System Requirements:

Operating system: Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows 98
Browser: Internet Explorer version 5.0 or better
JavaScript must be turned on
Media player: Windows Media Player version 7.0 or better
Screen size: At least 1024 x 768 and 16 bit color and the Display font size must be set to 'small fonts'

1.1) My sign-in name and password aren't accepted

1.1) Problem: My sign-in name and password aren't accepted
  Possible causes/solutions:
  • The sign-in name and password are not case sensitive. However, they must be typed in exactly.
  • Administrator sign-ins don't work in the Library. They only work in the management system.

1.2) Problem: The Library says I'm already signed in.
  Possible causes/solutions:
  • If you've had a problem with the Library, and you don't have the "cookies" turned on in your browser, you must wait 20 minutes before your last session times out. To avoid this, turn on the "cookies" in your browser.
  • If you turn off the computer, Windows, or the browser using the Task Manager, you must wait the 20 minutes until your current session times out. Exit the Library using the Exit button.
