Reports Available Through The IRM

Data Collected by the Courseware

The Lifetime Library courseware gathers:

• Scores for each student
• Placement tests
• Assessment tests
• Practice and challenge exercise sets
• Final tests
• Time information for each student:Cumulative time in lessons, exercise sets, and tests
• Dates when scores were recorded
• Current status of each student:
  • Lessons completed
  • Last activity
  • Date of last access

Types of Reports

Summary reports present information about a selected list of students. Available summary reports include:

• Information - Abbreviated
• name, sign-in name, and email address
• Information - Complete
• biographical information for the students (name, address, etc.)
• Information - Student Password
• list of student names, sign-in names, and passwords
• Student Summary - Series Progress
• completion status for each lesson in a series
• Student Summary - Library Progress
• completion status for each series (all lessons completed)
• Series Summary - Time by lesson
• average and total time spent in lessons and tests for each lesson in a series
• Student Summary - Usage by series
• total time each student has spent in each series
• Student Summary - Total Usage
• total time each student has spent in the Library

Assessment Test reports present information about any assessment tests taken. Available assessment test reports include:

• Item Analysis 1
• Detailed item analysis information
• Item Analysis 2
• A response tally report by question
• Learner Detail
• Individual test results by student
• Overall Test Summary
• Number of tests taken and average score
• Learner Detail
• Average score on each of the test topics
